The Fountainhead: Chapters 2 and 3
I already lied. One chapter at a time would have been a few two many posts…..lets make it two chapters!
Chapter 2 is no let down. Of course we are still getting introduced to all of the key players, but I assume that will keep up for most of the book. In chapter 2 we are introduced to Peter Keating. Peter reminds me of several friends. I like him- he is smart and talented, but just not as good at life as friend (?) Howard Roark.
And off to New York.
Chapter 3:
We get to meet Peter’s boss Francon and Howard’s boss Cameron.
Francon= A weakling that Keating is setting up to play him and the company, which is currently successful on the talents of others in the shop. Francon likes to build and design gaudy buildings.
Cameron=A drunk father figure. He loves you, but he might hit you.
