The Laffer Curve.
Here is a Dan Mitchell video that just recently went up on YouTube. It is great that the Think Tank world is venturing out into some of the new markets created by the internet, but we still have a long ways to go. Still this is a great video that one of the fastest full explanations of the Laffer curve that I have ever heard.
