Tsunami Tuesday

In the run up to Tsunami day I want to publish a couple of entries analyzing the day, and exactly what should be expected.  T-day has several factors that might make it the most important day in the whole election cycle. Multiple states, multiple styles, diverse economies, different time zones, and many many delegates.  In an article from Congressional Quarterly they talk about some of the days midwest factors:

The wide range of states in the Midwestern region produces a wide range of issues. Illinois, Missouri and Minnesota have major metropolitan cities and long-entrenched manufacturing industries, and the nation’s economic struggles are causing particular consternation in these areas. But these states also have large agricultural sectors, which are even more of an element in Kansas and North Dakota.

While I live on the East coast now, I am was born and raised in Kansas and attended college in Missouri.  Therefore, I am always very interested in how these two states go.
