Hillary Attacks 12 Year Old

hillary pointing We all know that Hillary Clinton is ruthless, but somehow stories about her past always seem to amaze me.

But there is a little-known episode Clinton doesn’t mention in her standard campaign speech in which those two principles collided. In 1975, a 27-year-old Hillary Rodham, acting as a court-appointed attorney, attacked the credibility of a 12-year-old girl in mounting an aggressive defense for an indigent client accused of rape in Arkansas - using her child development background to help the defendant. The case offers a glimpse into the way Clinton deals with crisis. Her approach, then and now, was to immerse herself in even unpleasant tasks with a will to win, an attitude captured in one of her favorite aphorisms: “Bloom where you’re planted.”

I don’t support prosecuters, because I feel that their position is unconstitutional. A prosecuter is forced to approach every case with the idea the accused is guilty unless proven innocent. This is just wrong, but admittedly how our judicial system has worked for years and I don’t know a solution.

With this thought in mind, I support the idea of defense. The idea of standing up for the accused and fighting for the rights of individuals. However, this is not what Hillary is claiming she did.  She claims that she was just doing her job, and even though she didn’t like it she had to accept it or she risked making a judge mad.

Wrong, wrong, and wrong. She had every right to stand up and refuse to defend the child rapist. This pitiful story just makes the horror of its outcome more disturbing.  Instead of claiming that she defended the child rapist because of his right to be considered innocent until proven guilty, she is cowering behind a story of her need for acceptance.  This is not the story of someone that the US wants as President, this isn’t the story of someone the US wants in an elected office.  This is the story of a person on an egotistic drive for acceptance that won’t take anyone prisoner, not even a 12 year old girl, on the way.

I don’t likeher, never will, and this is just one more nail in an already nail ridden coffin.
