Trade 101: Beer and Pizza
Trade with Beer and Pizza:
Randy can make 10 pizzas in a day or he can get 4 kegs from the liquor store. Charlie can make 6 pizzas in a day or he can get 8 kegs from the liquor store.
Friday they each throw a party separately. Randy ends up with 5 pizzas and 2 kegs (half day on each). Charlie ends up with 3 pizzas and and 4 kegs.
Saturday they decide to do it again, but they each want more beer and pizza. They decide that if each does the job that they are better at then they will have enough to trade. So, Randy makes 10 pizzas and Charlie gets 8 kegs. Before the party they trade 4 pizzas for 3 kegs.
That Saturday night Randy has 6 pizzas and 3 kegs and Charlie has 4 pizzas and 5 kegs. The amazing benfits of trade have given Randy and Charlie more beer and pizza. Trade is a good thing!
