I have mixed emotions about these sorts of things.  On the one hand, they are kind of meaningless.  On the other hand, better Congress voting on this than on a universal health care bill, right? :)

Ultimately though, I just don&#039;t see what the big deal is from a constitutional perspective.  We should always be sure to separate things which are stupid from things which are unconstitutional - they&#039;re not always the same.</description>
